Goal: Replace the restrictive budget model with a values-first plan.
• Categorize spending based on sacred values (e.g. rest, health, creativity, joy).
• Identify what no longer aligns (subscriptions, guilt-spending, etc.)
• Begin redirecting small dollars toward value-based expenses.
Action Step:
Create your Spending by Value chart:
• Column 1: Top 5 values
• Column 2: Spending that supports them
• Column 3: Spending that drains them
